GameSir South Africa Return and Refund Policy
Returns
Our return policy lasts 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we regret that we cannot offer a refund. However, we may offer an exchange where applicable.
To qualify for a return:

The item must be unused and in the same condition as when received.

The item must be in its original packaging.

Specially ordered items from overseas
A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Partial Refunds (if applicable):
A partial refund (subject to a 10% handling fee) may be granted in the following cases:

The item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or has missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

The item is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved:

It will be processed, and the credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 working days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund:

Check your bank account.

Contact your credit card provider (as it may take time before the refund reflects).

Contact your bank for possible processing delays.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We offer Exchanges. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at info@gamesirsa.co.za.
For defective or damaged items, GameSir South Africa will cover return shipping costs.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you:

You will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.

Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves first, the refund will be issued to the gift giver.
Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs (unless the item is defective or damaged).

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.

For items valued over R750, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure safe delivery.
